Lybrate, the primary consultation platform of Pristyn Care, has introduced Shield360, a comprehensive health cover designed to make preventive healthcare accessible and affordable to Indians. The health cover includes services such as doorstep lab tests, NABL-ISO certified lab reports, unlimited cashless OPDs with top doctors, consultations with surgeons, free consultations with dieticians, and access to mental health specialists.
Individual health plans can be availed at a starting price of INR 799, saving up to INR 5,000, while family basic plans for two begin at INR 999, saving up to INR 10,000. Shield360 aims to bridge the gap in the fragmented Indian medical diagnostics sector by providing a unified platform for lab tests and doctor consultations based on lab test results. Lybrate reported an 87% increase in online consultations in Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities in 2022, along with a 75% increase in Metros.
With Shield360, Lybrate plans to reach 500,000 Indians by the end of the year, focusing on greater adoption in Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities.
