Vishal Chaturvedi has been named Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Medikabazaar, India’s leading digital platform for healthcare procurement. Chaturvedi brings a wealth of experience in the tech industry, having worked with well-known companies like Samsung, Amazon, British Telecom, Jio, and BlackBuck. He holds degrees from MIT and IIT.
Established in 2015 by Vivek Tiwari and Ketan Malkan, Medikabazaar connects buyers with sellers, offering a streamlined and cost-effective procurement solution for medical establishments. The platform sources high-quality medical supplies and equipment from China, the US, and Europe and collaborates with manufacturers, distributors, and healthcare facilities.
As CTO, Chaturvedi will lead Medikabazaar’s technology initiatives, developing innovative solutions that will enhance the company’s healthcare procurement offering. He will work to address the complex challenges of healthcare supply chains, ensuring that medical supplies are delivered in a timely manner and patients receive the best possible care. Chaturvedi will also focus on capitalizing on digital monetization opportunities for the company.
